Yes. Your confirmation email contains a link to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you have questions or special circumstances beyond that window, simply call us directly and the Medifocus team will find the best solution for you.
What information do I need to provide to make an appointment at Medifocus?
The online booking system will ask for your basic personal details so we can contact you and confirm your appointment. This includes your first and last name, phone number, and email address. The process takes only a few minutes and the system guides you step by step.
Will I receive a confirmation of my appointment at Medifocus?
Yes, the system automatically sends a confirmation email to the address you provided. That email also includes a link to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time if needed. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it promptly.
Do I have to pay for the consultation at Medifocus?
There is no cost for a free information consultation at Medifocus. In a second step, a pre-operative examination may be carried out. The patient co-payment for this examination is €120. More detailed information about our pricing can be found on our pricing page or at the consultation.
What should I bring to my appointment at Medifocus?
Bring your glasses and contact lenses, as well as any previous prescriptions if available. We will also ask for general health information including medications and allergies. If you wear soft contact lenses, Medifocus will advise you when to stop wearing them before the assessment.
Is there a waiting time for appointments at Medifocus?
