I made an appointment the next day. Of course, I was quite nervous on the day itself, but that turned out to be completely unnecessary. Dr. Van Cleynenbreugel and his assistant guided me very well and explained the procedure step by step. The actual procedure is very brief. Before you even realize it, you're walking out of the operating room with rather good vision already. I had virtually no side effects.
